Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Provider. Therapist, ADHD coach, podcast host, and advocate for neurodivergent adults. I created The ADHD Perspectives to offer a compassionate, realistic, and empowering approach to ADHD support. Too often, people with ADHD are told they simply need to “try harder,” when in reality they need tools, understanding, and strategies designed for the way their brain works.
