Hi, I’m Michelle.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Provider. Therapist, ADHD coach, podcast host, and advocate for neurodivergent adults. I created The ADHD Perspectives to offer a compassionate, realistic, and empowering approach to ADHD support. Too often, people with ADHD are told they simply need to “try harder,” when in reality they need tools, understanding, and strategies designed for the way their brain works.

My goal is to help you:

  • Understand your ADHD with less shame and more clarity

  • Improve focus, organization, and emotional regulation

  • Understand how to regulate your nervous system

  • Build routines that feel sustainable

  • Strengthen confidence and self-trust

  • Create systems that support your personal and professional life

Whether through therapy, coaching, courses, or the podcast, this space is designed to help you feel understood and supported.
